- Follow up with all service department customers daily via phone, text and email
- Complete all training requirements
- Enthusiastically greet customers in the service drive when needed
- Keep accurate records on all customer related issues
- Work closely with the Service Manager and Advisors
- Be a positive influence in all daily activities
